TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMMERCIAL OFFER: "90-DAY EFFECTIVENESS GUARANTEE"
Article 1: Purpose and Limits of the Guarantee Vitamii offers an optional commercial guarantee entitled "90-Day Effectiveness Guarantee". Unlike a classic right of withdrawal, this guarantee does not cover subjective satisfaction (taste, smell, texture) but exclusively the absence of visible results on the animal's comfort after a complete course of treatment.
To benefit from the 90-day guarantee, all orders placed must be strictly under the same name and by the same customer. In the case of multiple orders, they cannot be placed under different names or on behalf of a third party.
Article 2: Cumulative conditions for reimbursement Reimbursement is conditional on strict adherence to the following test protocol:
Duration: The customer must have administered the product daily for 90 consecutive days.
Purchase volume: The customer must have purchased a sufficient quantity of products to mathematically cover the 90-day treatment period according to the animal's declared weight.
Deadline: The request must be made by email no later than 14 days after the end of the 90-day treatment.
Article 3: Exclusions (What is not covered) This effectiveness guarantee does not apply to the following cases, which will not result in any reimbursement for opened or partially used products:
Palatability: The animal's refusal to consume the treat (the product can be mixed with the food ration).
Intolerances: Individual digestive or allergic reactions related to the animal's specific sensitivity (the list of ingredients being displayed before purchase).
Interruption: Any stop of the treatment before the end of the 90 days.
Article 4: Reimbursement ceiling Reimbursement is strictly limited to the amount corresponding to the products necessary for 90 days of treatment. Any product consumed beyond this trial period is considered satisfactory and remains at the customer's expense.
Article 5: Reminder of Legal Guarantees (AGENT) Independent of the commercial guarantee above, the seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity mentioned in articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-12 of the Consumer Code and by the guarantee relating to defects in the sold item, under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the Civil Code.
